Hartford, CT – Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is taking health and wellness to the mainstream by launching its HealtheMinder app and a radio station on Pandora designed to inspire listeners to get fit. 

HealtheMinder is a free, all-in-one health tracking app to monitor your wellbeing – including your weight, BMI, calorie intake, medicine type, dose and frequency; blood pressure and glucose levels – while even keeping track of your doctor appointments.
