Hartford Hospital offers six PGY-1 pharmacy residency positions (for 2017-18).
The PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program builds on Doctor of Pharmacy education and outcomes to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists responsible for medication-related care of patients with a wide-range of conditions, eligible for board certification, and eligible for postgraduate year two (PGY-2) pharmacy residency training.
The PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Practice Residency is a PGY II experience with a focus on antimicrobial stewardship; however there is ample opportunity to work along side infectious diseases, transplant, and critical care physicians.
Note: We are not recruiting the PGY-2 residency for the 2017-18 academic year. Please contact David.Nicolau@hhchealth.org for opportunities with our fellowship group.
