Start here to get ready for summer nutrition! All classes will incorporate a LIVE, hands-on cooking experience, plus an open Q&A session with Hartford HealthCare Bone & Joint Institute Registered Dietitian, Christopher Barrett and Certified Athletic Trainer, Emily Corki Cruzeiro. These fun, interactive classes will include a full meal (main dish, a snack, and a drink) with an enjoyable snack to take home!
