The region’s first and only orthopedic hospital is helping you stay fit and healthy through a variety of classes, taught by skilled professionals. We’ll help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you’re a novice, a weekend warrior, or a skilled athlete.

Class pricing: $100 for 12 sessions or $10 drop-in fee per class.

Boot Camp

Tuesday 6:30-7:30am and 8-9pm

Buff Bones®

  • Strengthen bones
  • Improve balance and posture
  • Safe program for people with osteoporosis and arthritis

Tai Chi/QiGong

Mon/Wed 12:15-1pm

  • Reduce pain & stiffness
  • Increase muscle strength, balance, and coordination
  • Speed healing from injuries or surgery

Over 60 Weight Training

Mon/Wed 11am-12pm

  • Building muscular strength, endurance & flexibility throughout the whole body
  • Resistance training will utilize light weights, bands, kettlebell & bodyweight movements
  • Movement-based exercises will focus on squat, lunge, upper body push & upper body pull variations

Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster TM

  • Allows individuals to start the healing process by decreasing anxiety and developing more positive attitude before, during and after surgery.

Strength Training for the Endurance Athlete

Tue/Thu 5-6pm

  • For the avid athlete, avid runner or cyclist
  • Improve performance and avoid injury
  • Build strength and power
  • Focus on technique and control to improve mobility

Yoga for Cancer Survivors: Grant Research Study

Tuesdays 6-7:30pm or Thursdays 9:30-11am

  • Registration required and FREE to anyone with a history current or previous cancer
