The only issue I had was The nurse who put the eye drops in my eye, didn’t wait long enough before checking the pressures. I could feel that touching my eye. Other than that, it was great

Had an exceptional initial consultation with Dr. Patel for my low-lying eyelids. His staff is wonderful, patient, and kind. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and promptly handled my testing and missing records on the spot. Highly recommend him, and I'm looking forward to the scheduling process—hoping it goes just as smoothly and on target as the rest!

The entire staff is courteous and professional. Dr Patel stands out as one of the “nicest” Physicians I have met. He explains everything in detail, never talks down to me and listens to my answers to his questions patiently . Even though he’s very busy he never seems rushed in the Exam too . Besides his manner he is an excellent in his knowledge, and technical skills. Can’t say enough “nice” things about him!

Dr. Patel performed a blepharoplasty on me. I would definitely have him do any eye surgery if needed! He fully explained the procedure clear and concise. I had no issues before or after. I would definitely return to his practice!
I had an unexpected eye problem and was able to get an appt quickly. The office staff was very pleasant, I waited less than 5 minutes before being taken in. Dr Patel was very clear in defining the problem and offering his solution. He’s very reassuring and always asks if I have any questions that weren’t answered.
Due to the eye surgery, I had this was the first time actually visiting this office. I thought everyone was very professional. The office looked good and the provider was amazing as a matter fact I am switching from my personal Eye Care physician to Dr Patel going forward for all concerns whether it’s just an annual check or maybe cataract surgery down the line. Amazing team throughout.
I have been a patient of Dr. Patel, for many, many years. It has been, to say the least, a “complicated journey” for me. Dr. Patel has ALWAYS been there to assist me in any way possible , and I could not be more grateful. He is warm, compassionate, and extremely understanding. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful, and more than accommodating when it comes to scheduling any appointments. I couldn’t be happier to a patient of this practice.

It was my first time there, and I very much appreciated the short wait for the appointment with a specialist of Dr. Patel’s class. When it’s difficult to keep your eyes open, every day counts. Dr.Patel was brilliant - attentive and informative. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful dealing with the insurance change. So far I am happy with my experience with this office. Highly recommend!
Dr. Patel is great. But the woman upon checkout seems miserable and has an attitude. Twice now she’s been rude. She scolded me that I didn’t tell them I had vision insurance on top of medical upon arrival and she now had to rebill. She asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said yes, and then she rudely told me she couldn’t print me one because I must have signed up for emailed receipts. Which is funny because that is not the case. She was supposed to book my next year’s appointment, but with all her rudeness she never did and it slipped my mind. Then I walked over to optical to get glasses and she basically ignored me first ten minutes then wasn’t very helpful or knowledgeable. I had to go back to front desk for them to print me my script. Just very inefficient and not warm and welcoming. I felt like I had to do all the work here. Walked out and decided to go elsewhere for my glasses. Will go see Dr. Patel again, but honestly not impressed with rest of staff.
The practice is well-run, the staff is friendly and efficient and most of all. Dr Patel is skilled, and has an excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him to anybody needing the services he provides.
Place was ok not great. Felt kind of rushed. Dr seemed competent. Front desk was a little snippy. They don't accept digital IDs and you can't email it to them - first place I've been to where it had been a problem. They need to get with the times.
