Dr. Steven Smith is an exceptional surgeon, good listener, friendly and patient. 3 weeks ago I had my Tummy tuck procedure and e everything went smoothly, Thank you Dr and your entire team , Aisha the scheduler is nice and on time. You guys did an amazing job. Recovery has been great and fast, had pain meds for only 3 days, review appts have been on time and seeing good results already in 3 weeks. Im a nurse of 33 years. Very picky with doctors. Most have lost that human touch. Had a wonderful talk and procedure completed with Dr. Smith. Highly recommend!

He's the type of Dr who is professional with upbeat personality. I never felt rushed during my appointments, he answered my questions thoroughly. His office staff have the right balance of professionalism and kindness; phone calls returned in timely manner. Dr Smith's practice is connected to MyChart which makes it easy to ask questions, confirm appointments, etc.

That only did Dr Smith cancel last minute on my appointment, but then he rescheduled me at the end of the day 3 weeks later. He didn't enter the room with an apology as his flippant attitude wouldn't allow it. After his PA described down to how skin grows and its direction on the face, Dr Smith proceeded to completely go in a different direction and tell me how he was going to basically deform me and have to take out a huge chunk of my cheek!! I ask why was his explanation was so different from his PA whom explained it thoroughly. I asked him three times and each time he said he didn't know why this again gave me pause. A chunk of the cheek which makes no sense because sebum is underneath the skin. He did everything to deter me because he just didn't want to do it. I felt as if I was talking to Dr Frankenstein and here's another note, the big gal who's his MA who puts you in the room is just as rude as he is. I told him at this point I didn't trust him. What should have been an office procedure he was turning into something completely different it was weird. Terrible bedside manner and not trustworthy. Plastic surgery i wouldn't allow him to play w/ plastic much less your face!
