Designed for expectant parents with busy schedules this class provides practical information to help you prepare for labor, birth, recovery, and caring for your newborn.
Topics include the stages of labor, breathing and relaxation, comfort measures and labor positions, the partner's role, pain management options, cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care.

Following three Wednesdays 6-8:30
A Family Birthing Center tour is included with this class. We recommend planning your schedule so that you complete the series 2-6 weeks before your due date. Space is limited, and the fee is per couple.
