Alliance Strategic Goals

Goals

To expand evidence-based nursing practice to improve patient care outcomes
To foster partnerships (including mentorship) for the conduction of nursing research and research utilization between clinical and academic staff.
To create a (local) culture that encourages and supports the conduction of nurse-lead studies and the application of evidence-based nursing practice
To enhance the translation of research/evidence-based findings to clinical practice and nursing education
To provide a forum for the oral and written publication of work on the topic of evidence-based nursing practice through an annual conference.
