Workout Videos to Keep You Active

Derek Janko, Fitness Specialist at Hartford HealthCare’s Bone and Joint Institute, has some exercise routines to help keep you active.

The routines are presented in easy to follow videos that you can do in the comfort of your home and are designed for both beginner and intermediate fitness levels. Complete one set of each exercise in order and allow 60-90 seconds for rest. Repeat for 3-5 sets based on individual fitness level.
