Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship - How to Apply

Applications for our FPMRS Fellowship are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).  We accept one fellow per year.  Fellows are accepted from Obstetrics & Gynecology and Urology backgrounds based on qualifications, including satisfactory completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology or Urology residency program.

ERAS opens for application submission: 11/13/2024

Application Deadline for consideration for first round of interview offers: 1/22/2024

Interview Notification: 2/12/2024 by 8pm ET. This includes interview and waitlist offers. You have until 2/19/2024 8pm ET to reply to the offer. No response to the invitation will be considered a decline.

Interview Dates: Wednesday, 5/4/2024 and Friday, 5/17/2024

In addition to completing the ERAS application, please forward the following information directly to Waleska Barreto:

• Updated curriculum vitae
• Copies of all CREOG or Urology in-service examination scores
